Making sure the relevant colleagues are available will ensure you get the most out of your call.
Because the call covers technical and non technical topics you will need to have representatives of both areas to make the most of your time with our cyber risk advisors.
Some guidelines are:
-
Technical: You should have someone who knows your network and its protections well, and is capable of making changes where necessary. This may be a Network Admin, Head of IT, CTO, etc.
-
If you outsource your technical providers to an MSP or similar third party, make sure they are aware and can send a representative.
-
-
Non-technical : The non-technical representative should be someone who has the ability to set policies and make cultural changes at the organisation where necessary. This person may also be responsible for team training, HR, internal risk management, or obtaining insurance.
