The "We've fixed this" button

How to trigger a review of your risks once you've made a fix.

When viewing your expanded risk tiles you will see a We’ve fixed this button in the bottom right corner.

Once you have reviewed your risks and made any changes to your set up, you can click on this button to queue the risk for re-scanning. This is not immediate, and it may take a few hours for your risk to queue, process and KYND to update.

Note, if you do not make changes to the risk as it appears externally (i.e. you didn’t add an SPF record or close a port) then clicking the button will not have an effect. The button triggers a rescan of the eternal risk and if it is still there, the KYND alert will persist, even if you have added a note or made a change behind the perimeter.

The We’ve fixed this button does not update risks associated with Internal security questions, and these will need to be updated in the Your Internal Security section to take effect.
