Signals Portfolio Report Migration FAQ
This new experience is designed to make portfolio insights more accessible, actionable, and easier to explore over time, while continuing to deliver the same trusted reporting and underlying data you rely on today.
- Why is this happening? Customers have asked for portfolio risk reporting that’s more visual, easier to access, and more up-to-date. The new dashboard is our response - making it easier to understand key risk themes across your portfolio, identify at-risk members, and track how risk posture changes over time.
- When is this happening? We’re targeting the second half of March. We’ll confirm your exact go-live date about a week in advance. You don’t need to do anything in the meantime.
- Do I need to do anything to prepare? No. We’ll handle the transition and share a short walkthrough before anything changes.
- Will the dashboard show the same information as my Excel report? The dashboard covers the core portfolio risk reporting you currently receive in Excel. Two items from the Excel report are not included inside the dashboard:
- Enrolment URL lists (if needed, these can be requested via your Customer Success contact)
- Signals/Start PDF report URL lists (reports remain accessible via the portal workflow; where a manual list is still required, KYND will support as needed)
- What happens to my Excel report? Your Excel report will continue as normal after the dashboard goes live for a period of one month (up to and including your April report). We will then retire the Excel report - giving you time to get comfortable with the new experience.
- How do I access the dashboard? It will be available directly in your KYND portal. No new login or separate system is required.
- What if I have a question or problem when it goes live? Your Customer Success contact will guide you through the dashboard at launch and will be available to support you. You can also contact clientsuccess@kynd.io
