What to do if you receive a RED alert for a DNS timeout
Sometimes you may receive an alert for a risk that was previously secure due to a DNS timeout occurring during the rescan and update of your Risk Report.
If that happens, a message explaining that a timeout has occurred will appear in the Technical Details section at the bottom of the risk tile.
If you believe a DNS timeout has happened please click on the We've fixed this button. This will queue the risk for a rescan and hopefully resolve the issue. For more information see: The "We've fixed this" button.
