Reschedules and cancellations
What to do if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Calls with KYND can be rescheduled in advance of the call taking place. Automated reminders of the upcoming call will be sent out to the booking email, and links to cancel or reschedule will be included in those emails.
If KYND is not notified of a cancellation, KYND will contact you directly to let you know about the missed appointment and any impact on your account.
Where bookings relate to organizations as part of a pool or portfolio going through our advisory service, we will also notify pool or portfolio managers of the missed appointment for their records.
